The Board met in regular session at 10 A. III. All members present.
The Board having under consideration the matter of the relaying of pavement along
the car tracks of the Chicago, Lake Shore & South Bend Railway Company on Main street
and Colfax avenue, confirming verbal permission given on the loth day of June, 1909,
permission is hereby given by the Board in so far as such permission can be given to relay
said pavement in brick with an asphalt filler between the tracks and for a distance of
fourteen (14) inches on the outside thereof, not to exceed Pour rows of standard paving
brick layed lengthways to be placed on the outside of the rail.
Said work to be done under the direction of the City Engineer.
