The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
Hearing on Declaratory Resolutions for Asphalt Pavement on LaPorte avenue and
for Brick Pavement on Bridge'steeet was deferred until September 1st, 1905, at 10 A44.
IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 563.
Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That
an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows:
9 water connections on Woodstreet from Michigan avenue to Marion street. Sair
improvement shall be known and designated as'*THE WOOD STREET WATER CONNECTION
IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and .specifications
prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids
shall be published on the 30th day of June and on the 7th day of July, 1908, in the
South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive bids up to 10 a. m. on the 14th day
of July, 1909.
Adopted this 30th day of June, 1909.
