The Board met in regular session at 10 A. 14. All members present.
Petition filed for an electric light at the lot angle North of Portage avenue
on Leland. avenue.
Contractor Bond of Wrii. Correll filed and (approved.

SPECIAL:SESSION"TUESDAY EVENING JUNE 9TH, 19052 AT, 7:15
The Board met in special session at 7:15 P. M.All members present.
Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Pipe Sewer on
Webster street from Sample street to Huron street; Pipe Sewer on Miami street from
Bowman street to Fox street; Pipe Sewer on Harrison avenue from Michigan avenue
to Quincy street and Pipe Sewer on Pennsylvania avenue & High street from Wenger
street to Michigan street, all under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 511, 5132 514 & 521
respectively.
No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore
find that the property assessed in said rolls filed May 22nd, 190,9., is benefitted
in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that
the assessment rolls filed May 22, 1909, and the final estimateX allowed May 22nd,
190F, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
