Bond of Henry DeVos & Co filed and approved and contract signed for. the Olive, street pipe sewer. Engineer reported grade on the alley west of Franklin street and the alley south of Washington street. Same approved. Light ordered at the Corner of Luther Court & Notre Dame street. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 553. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, locationand terminal points as follows: Brick Pavement on the first alley west of Lafayette street from the -outh lineof Wayne.street to the North line of Monroe street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE ALLEY WEST OF LAFAYETTE STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shal be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be.published on the 29t-n day of May .and on the 4th day of June, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of June, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at.the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided dry law. Adopted this 27th day of May, 1908. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 554. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made -of the kind, size, location and terminal points asfollows: Brick pavement on Wood street from Michigan avenue to Marion street. Said improve— ment shall be known and designated as "THE WOOD STREET -BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" anD shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 29th day of May and on the 4th day of June, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of June, 1909, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE EAST WAYNE STREET PIPESEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of, this resolution shall be published on the 28th day of May and on the 4th day of June 1908, if the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23r day of June, 1908, at 7:15 P. _M.. Saint improvement shall be known .'-and designated as 'THE MILLER COURT PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall he constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the city civil engineer, filed }jerewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published,on the 29th day of May and.on the 4th day of June, 1909, in the South Bend Daisy Times This Board will give a hearing on, this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of.June, 1905, At 7:15 PIA. Said improvement shall be known and designated as ".THE FISHER STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plains and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 29th day of May and on -the 4th day of June, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. Said improvement shall be known and, designated as "THE BAKER STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared.by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published .on the 29th day of May and on the 4th day of June, 1908, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on the resolut- ion at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of'June, 1908, at 7:15 P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment for such work where the property ow►_ler signs waiver ,required as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as *THE CARROLL STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall bE constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City -Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 28th day of May and on the 4th day of June, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of June, 1909, at 7:15 P.M.
