The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Mclnerny absent.
Remonstrance filed by Chas. Bemis et. al. against the opening of Carroll street
to Tutt street.
Application filed by John R,Shank for position, as Inspector.
Petition filed for the opening of an alley from Poland street to Ford street.
The following Contractor Bonds were filed and approved:
Louis E. Zeiger, George Knoblock and John Yant.
Petition filed for lights at the Corner of Campau street and Coquillard street and
at the corner of Campay street and Arthur street. Referred to St. Commissioner,
Hearing given on Vacation Resolution No. 52 for the vacation of.Angle street.
The Board being advised in the matter find that the remonstrance should be sustained
and that all action under Vacation Resolution No. 52 is hereby rescinded.

The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M. All members present.
Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Grade, Curb & Talk on
Maple street from )Washington street to Division street;Kendall street from Indiana
avenue to Alley north of Leon Court; King street from Portage avenue to Blaine avenue;
Cedar street from Frances street to Arthur street; Chapin street from Indiana avenue to
Alley north of Leon Court, Pipe Sewer on Niles avenue from Howard street to St. Vincent
street; Howard avenue from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue, Blaine-gvenue from
Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue and on LaPorte avenue from Lot 74 Birner Place
addition to Oak street; Lindner street from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue; Allen,
Birner & Harvey s-t,reets in Birner Place addition; Wood street from Michigan -avenue to
Marion street, all under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 447, A45, 425, 490Yk10,"

Remonstrance Filed by George Rush et. al. against the amount of their assessments
on the Blaine avenue Sewer improvement. Remonstrance over -ruled.
No further remonstrators appeared and no further remonstrances were filed. All othe
remonstrances over -ruled. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said
rolls filed November 19th, 1907 and April 24th, 1909.2 is benefitted-in the amount of
assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls
filed Sovember 19th, 1907, and April 24th, 1909, should be and the same are hereby in
all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
