In the matter of the Vacation of Foster street under Vacation Resolution No. 307
adopted on the 12th day of -July, 1904, the Board find that`the property of John
A. Hibberd is benefitted in the amount of $25.00. No property is injuriously
effected. The property`of John A;-Hibberd-is there -assessed in the amount of $25.00
Now comes John A. Hibberd anc.ivaives all notice of assessment under Vacation Resolut&
No. 30 and pays into the City Treasury the sung of $25.00.
Petition filed for Brick Pavement on the alley west of Lafayette street from
Division street to Monroe street.
