Bids were opened for 30,000 feet of White Oak Lumber for the Street Department.
'Contractor Bond of C. C. Shively filed and approved.
Hearing on Vacation Resolution No. 52 for the vacation of Angle street, deferred
until May lst, 1909, at 10 A. M.
Hearing on Assessment Roll for the opening of Meade street across the L. S. & M. S.
R. R., under Condemnation Resolution No. 47, was deferred until May 1st, 1905, at 10 A.M.
