Tuesday April 21st, 1905.
The Board met in regularsession at 10 A. M. Mr. riclnerny absent.
Bids were opened and referred to the Engineer for tabulation for Grade,
Curb & Walk on St. Peter street from Corby street to Napoleon street.

The Board met in Special session at. 7:15 P. M. All members present.
Remonstrances were filed against the William street, W. Monroe street, Taylor street,
South street and Wayne street proposed sidewalk improvements.
Hearing on Declaratory Resolutions for Cement sidewalks (Where not already laid)
on Franklin street from Wayne street to South street, Taylor street from Marion street to
Railroad street, Division street from alley Nest of Main to Chapin street, Bronson
street from Michigan street to Carroll street, Columbia street from Wayne street to Bronson
street, Carroll street from Vistula avenue to Bronson street, Chapin street from Jefferson
to Dkvision street, Colfax avenue in front of lot 4 Cobb's Sub and lot S Dunbar's Sub.
Wayne street from Chapin street to Carroll street, Wood street from Madison street to
Marion street, William street from Washington street to South Street, Washington street
from LaFayette street to 1st alley east, Vistula avenue from Washington street to
South street, South street from alley east of Columbia street to Taylor street, St. Joe
street from Washington street to Division street, Scott street from Washington street to
L. S. & M. S. R. R. LaSalle avenue from Michigan street to alley west of Scott street,

5407 5412 542, 543, 5442 545 & 546 respectively, Was deferred until August 4th, 1909, at
7:15 P. M.
BE IT RESOLVED that the property owners on the above mentioned streets be given
the privilege of putting in their sidewalks under private contracts up to August
4th, 19OS, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to issue permits to_ -any Contractor
applying for same.
