The Board met in Special Session at 7:00 P. I1. Mr. Nicar absent.
At a Special meeting o:P the Board of Public Works held at 7:00 P. ill. on the
9th day of March, 1909, a Lease was executed with the Chicago, South Bend & Northern
?ndiana Railway Company by which the City receives and secures a_229 year right of
way over property of tiie Company along the proposed North Side boulevard, which said
lease was referred to the Common Council for approval.
