The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
Hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on Grand
View avenue & Cottage Grove avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 485.
No further remonstrators appeared and no further remonstrances were filed. The
remonstrance of Hiram W. & Martha Humphrey was considered and their assessment was
was reduced $50.00. All other remonstrances were over -ruled. The Board therefore find
that the property assessed in said rolls filed December 31, 1907, is benefitted in the
Amount of assessments as shown on said roll, as amended, 'and the Board further find that
the assessment roll filed December 31, 1907, and the final estimate allowed December
31, 1907s should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and
approved, as amended.
Hearing given on Roll showing awards of damages and assessment of benefits
under Condemnation Resolution No. 46, as filed January 1�909.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were
Piled. The Board therefore find that the property is benefitted and damaged
respectively as shown onsaid roll as filed January 17th, 19092 and the Board further
find that the said roll should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified,
confirmed and approved.
