The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
Hearing on Assessment Roll for Brick Pavement on Grand View & Cottage,
Grove avenue was deferred until Tuesday Feby llth, 1909, at 10 A. M.
Contract entered into with the. Chicago, South Bend & Northern Sndiena Railway
Company authorizing and empowering the company to operate and maintain a single track
with equipment and construction work from its present tracks westwardly to, upon and
along Division street to the east line of Notre Dame street, including connections on
Francis street with such tftack and the site of its car and repair shops, car and power
houses in Becks Additions to said city.
Same was referred to theCommon Council for its action.
