Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on Cottage
Grove- avenue & --Grand View Avenue, was deferred until-' January 31st, 19092 at 10 A.M.
Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 509 for Pipe Sewer on Edward street was
deferred until February 25th, 1901, at 10 A. M.
Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 43 for the opening of a thoroughfare along
the south side of the C._ I. & S: R.R.-was deferred until January 31,_19092 at LO A.M.
Petition filed for the Grading of St Peter street from Cedar street to Sorinstreet.
Referred to the Engineer for Specifications.
City Attorney was instructed to take the necessary ateps to have the piling removed,
which was placed in.the St. Joseph River, south of the LaSalle avenue bridge and on the
west side of the river. Also have encroachment in the nature of a fill removed. Said
work to be done immediately.
