The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M.' All members present.
The Board having under consideration the proposed change in gpecific,ations for
nose House No. 10 to provide for tile roof and the Common Council inconsideration of
w#ich having unanimoutly recommended such change in specifications; it is hereby ordered
that the specifications be so amended as to provide for the tile named in original
specifications and the Architect is ordered to accept the proposal for change heretofore
rade by the Contractor to effect such change.
City Attorney ordered to take such additional steps necessary to secure the planking
and opening of Calvert street across the tracks of the Vandalia Ry. Co.
Deed received and accepted from Del. C. Leer and Elnora Leer and Kathryn A. Leer
J'or lots numbered "X", 27 "A.A." and "C.C." in Jacob Leer's Survey. Deed ordered recorded.

Hearing on Assessment rolls and final estimates for Grade, Curb -& Walk on Cedar
street from Francis street to Arthur street and.Grade,.Curb & Walk on Chapin street from
Indiana avenue to alley N. of Leon Court, under Imp. Res. Nos. 490 & 492 respectively, was
deferred until the First Tuesday in April, 1908, at 10 A. M.
Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Brick Pavement on Broadway
from Lafayette street to Carroll street; Brick Pavement on Cherry street from Washington
street to Jefferson street; Brick Pavement on Park avenue from Forest avenue to Leland
avenue, Grade, Curb &Walk on Pine street from Napier street to Grade,
Curb & Walk on Rupel street from Wilber street to Johnson street; Grade, Curb & Walk on
rieon`�.Cwurt�from Catalpa avenue to Kendall street and Grade, Curb & Walk on Longley avenue
from Wilber street to Johnson street, all under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 475, 4352
4532 465, 4702 502 & 472 respectively.
A No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed `she Board therefore
find that the property assessed in said rolls filed December 31, 1907s is benefitted in the
amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessmea
rolls filed December 31, 1907, and the final estimate allowd December 31, 1907, should
be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
