The Board Met in regular session at 10 A.M. All members
present.
Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement
on Miami Street, from Vistula Avenue to Bowman Street, under Improvement
Resolution No.429 Respectively.
No remonstrators appeared and no remorfstrenees were filed, The
Board therefore Find that the property assessed in said roll filed December
6th,1907, is benefitted°in the amount of as�:essment asshown on said roll,
And the Board Further find tilat the assessment roll filed December 6th,1907,
and the final estimate allowed December 6th1.1907, should be and the same is
hereby in all things ratified.,confirmed and approved as amended.
Petition filed for Brick Pavement on Prairie Avenue ,from the end
of the present pavement to the City Limits.
