The Board met in regular session at 10 A.M. All members present.
Adoption of a Rule for the conduct of the proceedings
of the Board of Public Works in case of the presence of less than a quorum of the
Board at any meeting.
WHEREAS, a majority of this Board is required to to constitute a quorum.and
WHEREAS, stated meetings of the Board at which formal hearings on Improvement
and other Resolutions are to be heard or business of any kinA-to be done, may be
attended by only one member of the Board; it is hereby ordered and adopted by
the Board that as a rule thereof that a minority of the Board may adjourn the
meeting from time to time and continue hearings or other business to any future
time certain.
