SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING DECEMBER 31, 19072 AT, 7:15 P.M.
The Board met in special session at 7:15 P. H. All members present.
Remonstr,nce filed by Frank Steiner against the amount of his assessment
on the Oak street Brick.Pavement.
Hearing on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Brick Pavement on Oak
street from Scott street to LaPorte avenue and for Brick Pavement on Miami street
from Vistula avenue to Bowman street, under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 437 8e
429 respectively, was deferred until Friday January 3rd2in19092 at 10 A. Pal.
Hearing given on Assessment roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on
LaSalle avenue from Michigan street to Sycamore street under Improvement ResoUution
No. 507.
No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore
find that the property assessed in said roil filed December 17th, 19072 is benefitted
in the amount of assessments as showi on said rolls and the Board further find that
the assessment roll filed December 17th, 1907, and the final estimate allowed Decem-
ber UtTi, 1907, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed
and approved.
