The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on LaSalle
^venue from Michigan street to Sycamore street, under Improvement Resolution 3o. 507,
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six con-
secutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 17th day of December
1907, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments
,tt, its office in the City Hall on the 31, day of December 1907, at 7:15 P. M.
Resolved further, that the entire work u nder the above contracts be accepted and
approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be
published on the 17th day of December 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that
this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance ofisuch work at its office in the
City Hall on the 31st day of December 1907, at 7:15 P. 14.
Hearing given on Rolls showing awards of damages and assessment of benefits in the
opening of R:apel street, Werwinski street, Alley between Werwinski street & Longley avenue
College street & Longley avenue over the I. I. & I. TZ. R. and theopening of Terrace
avenue from Woodward avenue to St. JosephRiver, under Condemnation Resolutions Nos.
37, 38, 39, 40, 41 & 42 respectively:
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
The Board therefore find that the rolls of awards of -damages and assessment of benefits,
as filed on the 20th day of Novenber, 1907, should be and the same are hereby in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved.
