.. The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
Petition filed by the Malleable Steel Range Company for an Electric Li�,,ht
at the corner of Jefferson street & Cherry street.
Lights ordered installed as follows:
Napier street & Lst alley west of Scott street.
Dunhain street an.d lst alley east of McPherson street.
Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Brick Pavement on
7ast Washington street �,. Artesian avenue from Mill street to South end of Artesian
€venue and for Grade, Curb & Walk on Bertrand street from Olive street to Alley west
of Anthony street, under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 4.36 & 497 respectively.
The Remonstrance of E. P. &- T. S. Taylor against the E. Washington street & Artesian
avenue Assessments, was carefully considered and over -ruled.
The Assessment of C. A. Chapin was reduced Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
No further remonstrators appeared ,and no:. -further: -_remonstrances were riled. All
other remonstrances over -ruled. The Board therefore find that the property assessed
in said rolls filed November 19th, 1907, is benefitted in the amount of assessments as
Chown on said rolls as amended, and the Board further find that the a�•sessment rolls
"fled November 19th, 1907, and the final estimate allowed November 19th, 19072
-hould be and the same iz'hereby in all thi_igs ratified, confirmed and approved as amended...
