The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present..
Bonds of T. C. Barnes released on the Jackson street and the Calvert street
Grade, Curb & Walk Improvements.
Bond of James Nelson released on the East Washington street Brick Pavement.
Hearing on Condemnation Resolutions Nos. 30, 43 &.44 and Vacation Resolution
No. 49,-deferred until December 20th, 19072 at 10 A. M.
Engineer filed assessment rolls and final estimates for Brick Pavement on
Miami street from Vistula avenue to Bowman street, Brick Pavement on Oak street
from Scott street to LaPorte avenue. Under Improvement Resolutions Nos.
respectively.
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six
consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 9th day of
December, 1907, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amountof such
assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 31st day of Decem ber 1907, at
7:15 P. M.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted
and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution
shall be published on the 9th day of December 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times,
stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its
office in the City Ha-1-1 on the 31st day of December 1907, at 7:15 P. M
