The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. ITIcInerny absent.
Remonstrance. filed by the property owners on King street from Portage avenue
to the east end of King street, against the acceptance of the Grade, Curb & Walk
Improvement on said street.
Bonds of Thos. M. Bauer for the Howard street Walks and Hoban & Roach for the
E. Bronson street Pavement were released.
Petition filed by Edwin C. Dunkle asking to be rebated on the Howard street Sewer
