Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on California
street & Woodward avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 429, deferred until
November 27th2 1907, at 10 A. M.
Plat of Turnock's Sub —Division of a part of Turnock & Mack's Addition,
filed and approved.
IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 521..
Resolved by the Board of Public Works.of.the City of South Bend, Indiana: That
an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows
Pipe Sewer on High street And Pennsylvania avenue from Wenger street to Michigan
street." Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE HIGH STREET &
PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to
the plans and specifications prepared by the City CiVil Engineer filed Herewith.
Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 25th day of November and on the
2nd day of November 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board wi.11 give a .
hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day of December
1907, at 7:15 P. M.
A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where
the property -owner signs waiver require., as according to law. Which said bonds
shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law.
