SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING NOVEMBER 5TI1, 1907, AT 7:15
The Board metin Special session at 7:15 P. 1A. Mr. Nicar absent.
Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on California
street &Woodward avenue, under Imp. Res. No. 429, deferred. until Friday November.
Sth, 1907, at 10 A. M.
Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and Final estimates for Asphalt Pavement
on Jefferson street from Michigan street to Lafayette street and for Asphalt pavement
on Main street from Jefferson street to Wayne street, under Improvement Resolutions
Nos. 409 & 444 respectively.
No remonstrances were filed. James A. Judie and Edmund Chockelt appeared and
~remonstrated against the amount of their assessments, which remonstrance was over-
ruled. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed
November 5th, 19072 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls,
and the Board further find that the assessment roll:�iled November 5th, 1907, and the
final estimate allowed November 5th, 1907, should be and the sane is hereby in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved.
