The Board net in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Nicar absent.
CONDPIOATION RESOLUTION NO. 45
t Resolved by the Board of Public.Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That b
the following described property be appropriated for the use of said city:
Begin at the north west corner of lot No. 1 River Side Terrace Addition;,thence
north 115 1/2 feet; thence west 20 feet; thence south 115 1/2 feet; thence east 20
feet to place of beginning.
The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected
by such appropriation:
Begin at the intersection of the south line of Division street and
the east line of Fellows street; thence south 33 1/4 feet; thence east
to Vistula avenue; thence north westerly to the south line of Division
street; thence westerly to place of beginning.

Begin 33 1/4 feet south of the intersection of south line of Division
street and the east line of Fellows street; thence south 4 feet; thence east
to Vistula avenue; thence north westerly to a point east of beginning
thence west to place of beginning.

The purpose of such appropriation is to widen and make Fellows street a uniform
width from Division street, south 115 1/2 feet.
Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 6th day of November and on the
13th day of November 1907, in the South Be,,zd Daily Times.
This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 26th day of November 1907,
at 10 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances f°om all persons interested in or
a+'fected by these proceedings.
Adopted this 5th day of November, 1907.

VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 50.
Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it
is desirable to vacate the following:
14 foot alley lying south and adjacent to lot 24 in Creeds 2nd addition. Also 7 foot
alley described as follows: Begin at a point 10 feet south of the north west corner of
lot 21 Creeds 2nd addition; thence south to a point 14 feet south of the south west
corner of lot 24 Creeds 2nd.addition; thence west 7 feet; thence north to a point west of
beginning; thence east 7 feet to place of beginning.
The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation:
ll of Lots 115, 19- & 20 Creeds 2nd add. Jonathan P. Creed.
All of Lots 21, 22, 232 24, Creed's 2nd Add. Jacob E. Koontz.
Begin at the intersection of the south line of Indiana avenue and the east
line of Section 14 Tp. 37 N. R. 2 East; thence south to the north line of T.H.& L.R.R.
thence north westerly -with Railroad, to the south line of .Indiana avenue; thence east
to the place of beginning.
