SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING OCTOBER,29TH, 1907, AT 7:15
The Board met in Speeial Session at 7:15 P.M. Mr. Niear absent.
Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Water Connections
on Broadway street from Lafayette street to Carroll street; Brisk Pavement on Alley
west of Michigan street from Wayne street to Division street; Brisk Pavement on Rush
street from Monroe street to Sample street; Pipe Sewer on Howard street from Leeper
avenue to St. Louis street; Cement sidewalk on Howard street from Lawrence street
to Notre Dame street; Grade, Curb & Walk on Jaekson street from Sample street to
Dunham street•, Grade, Curb & Walk on Calvert street from Leer street to Caroline
street. All under Improvement Resolution Nos. 482, 4792 4222448, 475 & 446 resp.
No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore
find that the property assessed in said rolls filed September 27th, 1907, is
benefitted in the amount of a-sessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further
find that the assessment rolls filed September 27th, 1907, and the final estiiate
allowed September 27th, 1907, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified
confirmed and approved.
