Wednesday October 16th,.1907.
The Board met.in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Nicar absent.
Engineer reported grade on Fox street and Donald street through the South
East addition. Same were approved.
Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 36, for the opening of Woodward
avenz'� deferred until Wednesday October 23rd, 19071 at 10 A. M.
Hearing on Vacation Resolution No. 49, for the vacation of a portion of West
Sample street, and Condemnation Resolution No. 43, opening a thoroughfare along
the south side of the C. I. & S. R. R. and Condemnation Resolution 44, opening a
thoroughfare -along the north side of the N. J. I. & I. R. R., deferred until
Friday November 29th, 1907. at 10 A. M.
