Under an agreement with the Chitago,South Bend
& Nothern Indiana Railway Co. to rebate to the property ;owners on west
Sample Street,-i-for the Brick Pavement displaeed by their tracks, the -
Engineer submits an estimate of the amounts due eaeh owner under said
agreement, an the said roll and estimate is hereby approved. The Clerk
is hereby requested to notify said Company of the amount of said awards
and upon payment into the Controllers office, said Controller is hereby
authorized to pay out said sums shown on said roll.
