Remonstrance filed against the narrowing of East LaSalle Avenue, between
Eddy Street and the City Limits.
Bids were received for Brick Pavement on East LaSalle Avenue,from Michigan Street
to Hydrolie Avenue. Same was referred to the Engineer for tabulation.
The Street Commissioner was ordered to notify the St.Joseph, South Bend &Southern
R.R.Co. to open and plank the following crossings, Chapin Street, Kendall Street,
Scott Street & Catalpa Avenue.
The City Attorney was instructed to notify the L.S.& U.S.R.R.Co. to open and plank
Kline Street crossing at -once.
Contracting Bond of Ladislaw Holdy, filed andapproved.
The following bonds were approved and Contracts signed for the following
improvements,
Wm H.Fries. Grade, Curb & Walk on Allen Street.
