RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
Indiana; That the following described property be appropriated for the use of
said` City;
Begin at a point whert the northerly line of the right of way of the
New Jersey, Indiana & Illinois R.R. intersects the west line of Olive Street.
thence south westerly on said northerly line of right of .way to the north
line of Sample Street thence north on the east line of Meade Street to a point
that will be
50 feet, measured at right angles from the northerly line of
said right of
way, thence easterly on a line parallel and 50 feet from said
right of way
to the south line of Fisher Street, thence east to the west line
of Olive Street, thence south to the place of beginning-.
.The following described property may be injuriously or
beneficially
affected by such appropriation;
Right
of way Chicago,Indians & Southern R.R.Co.
Grand Trunk Western Ry Co.
New Jersey, Indiana & Southern R.R.CO.
Except 100 ft right of
way of N.J.?!.& 1.R.R.Co. 575 3rd plat ofSummit William L.Kizer.

The purpose of such .appropriation is to open a public thoroughfare along the north_;
side of the New Jersey, Indiana & Illinois R.R.? from Olive Street to Semple -Street.
Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 29th day of September and
on the 5th day
of October 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times..
This Board at its office in the City Hall on the 16th day of October 1907, at
10 O'clock A.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in
