On October 8th, 2019 the Board of Public Works opened and read bids for the above project.
The bidders ranked as follows:
Venues Parks & Arts reviewed the quote received and found it to be responsive and
responsible, however, the quote is above the planned budget for this project.
Venues Parks & Arts recommends rejecting the quote received for this project. Venues
Parks & Arts will review our options and work toward an alternate solution that is within the
project budget.
