JO SEP H COUNTY John W. Kiteh2being duly sworh,upon his oath,deposes and says that on. May 3rd. 1913, he filed withthe Clerk of the Board of Public'Works of the City of South Be Indiana, the petition of Michael Kazmirski and others for the paving of College Street, in said City with Brick Block as per award. of April 22nd$1913; that he filed same at 9:46 A.M...but mistakenly endorsed on the back of said petition,"914 A.Y.".instead of the correct time, and did not discover his error until after said petition was sealed with the seal of said Board. In the matter of Pavement on College Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 218. No further petitions received. The Board deferred all action on same until Wednesday May 7th.1913.. Petition filed -with the Board and read for Pavement on, West Marion Street from Scott Street east to intersect with present pavement on Marion Street. The some was referred to the .City Engineer for Investigation. - Duplicate deeds ordered to the following. WHEREAS, One Joseph Miller did purchase from the City of South Bend, Indiana for. the consideration of $1.00 the following described property. All of lot 34-Bloek 2 Range 1 East in the City Cemetery of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and, WHEREAS, said Joseph Miller sole owner of the above described pro- perty having lost the deed for said lot now, THerefore, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of'Publie Works of said City, that the Mayor of said City be and he is hereby instructed to issue a duplicate deed to said Joseph Miller for said described property. City of South Bend, Indiana for the.. consideration of $9.60 the follow,` in.g described property: All of lot 12 Block "G" Range 1-West in. the City Cemetery of the City of South Bend, Indiana,And, ' WHEREAS,said Henry Fisher, sole owner of the above described pro- perty having lost the deed for said lot now,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of Public Works of said City that the Mayor of said City be and he is hereby instructed to issue a duplicate deed to said Henry Fisher for said described property.
