Board met in regular session at 10: 00 A.M. All . members presents
`In the matterof the Pavement of South Bend Avenue from Eddy Street to Eastern City Limits
under Improvement Resolution No. 223. In the City,of South Bend, Indiana. The Board having
said matter under advisement_ find that the remonstrance filed Larch llth. 1913 should be
sustained and that the resolution should be and the same is hereby and in all things
rescinded.
Board ordered Street Commissioner to gravel South Bend Avenue from Eddy Street to Eastern
City Limits.
,,--'Petition for sewer on Olive Street from Division Street to Huron Street reported favor-
able by City Engineer. The "Board ordered Preliminary Resolution prepared and reported.
Declaratory hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 225 for Grade, curb and walk on
Olive Street from Elwood. Avenue to Keller Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter remonstrators appeared, but no remonstrances were filed.
.The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvement that the-bbnefits
to the property and to the City of South Bend will agree to the estimated cost of said
Improvement and the Board therefore resolved that Improvement Resolution'No. 225 for the
purpose of the construction of grading, curb and valk on Olive Street be modified to read
as' follows.:
Grade and curb on both sides of street and walk on the east side of street
ohly, and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirffied and approved.
Be it resolved that notices be published in the south Bend Daily Times on the
llth. day of April 1913 and on the 18th. day of 'April 1913 to the effect that this Board
will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A?M. on the 22n.d,
day of April 1913. The Board reserves the '
right to reject g � any and all bids.
