Petition received and read for local -sewer on Indiana Avenue and Ware*en Street from Olive Street to Praibie Avenue. The same was referred to the City Civil Engineer for investi- gation. ✓Petition received and read for Apphalt,Brick or Concrete pavement on Lindner Street from LaPorte Avenue to Michigan Avenue. The same was referred to the City Engineer for investi- gation. �//�ond and contract for the grade on Michigan Avenue from Olive Street to 1436 feet west Under Improvement Resolution No. 193. signed by De Peape & Coussens as prinicipal and the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company as sureties, and was approvedby the Board. vSond for excavation in streetsfor One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars signed by De Paepe & Coussens as prinicipal and United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company of Balitmore, Md. as sureties was approved by the Board.
