All members present. r/ Petition received andfiled for the opening of Elmer Street from North line of Mayrfs Stich. Avenue Addition to Elwood Avenue. The same was referred to the City Engineer for investigation. i/Petition received and filedfor the opening and grade, curb and walk on east of Huey Street from North line of Mayrts Stich. Avenue Addition to Elwood Avenue. The same was referred to the City Engineer for investigation. -,Deferred hearing given on Assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe sewer on Cottage Grove Avenue. from Oak Street to the first alley south of Oak Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 204. In the.City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board'therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed January 24th. 1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed January 24th. 1913 and the final estimate allowed January 24th. 1913 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratfied, confirmed and approved. ,r Deferred hearing given on Assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe sewer on Fuerbringer Street, from Cottage Grove Avenue to Sherman Avenue, :under Improvement Resolution No. 195. The Board therefore rind that the property assessed in said roll filed January 28th. 1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessemtn roll filed January 2fth. 1913 and the final estimate allowed January 2FIth. 1913 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. ✓In the matter of the hearing on St. Louis Street Pipe sewer from Madison Street to Cedar Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 207. All action was deferred on same until April 1st. 1913 at 10:00 A.M. In the matter of the hearing on Grade, curb and walk on Eleventh Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Pleasant Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 170.` All action was deferred on same until April 22nd. 1913- at 10:00 A.M. %—The Board awarded the contract for a pipe sewer on Studebaker Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 215, to L. The Board ordered a light in at the intersection of the first north and south alley South of Wayne Street and with 'the 1st. north and south alley east of Michigan Street and with the lst. east and west alley south of Wayne Street. Plat of B. H. Neitzels Sub —Division of lots 4,5 and 6 Orchard Heights Addition was approved by the Board. ✓ . Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana. That in accordance with Declaratory Resolution for a pavement on Brick Avenue from LaPorte Avenue to Michigan Avenue, under Improvemerit Resolution No. 208 adopted. on the 24th. day of September 1912 and whereas the same was approved by the Board on January 14th. 1913 with certain conditions situplated as recorded in Recorded No. 4 Page #679 of the official record of the proceedings of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Be it therefore resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 26th. day of March 1913 and on the 2nd day of April 1913 to the effected that the Board will receive bids for said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 7th. day of May 1913. The Board reserves the right -Ito reject any and all bids. President.
