Remonstrance placed Nefore the Board by Mr. CHas. W. Arnold against Trunk Sewer on
Michigan Street, Under Improvement Resolution No. 216. The same was referred to the
Mr. Romig, City Attorney.
Bids were received and opened on the following improvements.

In the above matter remonstrators appeared, but no remonstrances.
were filed. The Board therefore find that tl* property assessed in said rolls filed
January 24th. 1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments . as shown on said rolls, and
the Board further find that the assessment roll filed January 24th.. 1913 and the
final estimate allowed January 24th. 1913. should be and the same are hereby in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved.

In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance
was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roil filed -
January 28th. 1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls,
and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed January 28th. 1913 and the
final estimate allowed January 29th. 1913 should be and the same are hereby in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved.

January 24th. 1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls
and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed January 24th. 1913 and the
final estimate allowed January 24th. 1913 should be and the same are hereby in all

January 29th. 1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and.
the Board further find that the assessment roll filed January 28th. 1913 and the final
estimate allowed January 28th. 1913 should be and the same are hereby in all things
ratified, confirmed and approved.

No. 170. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances were
filed. The Board after due consideration deferred all action on the same until
Tuesday March the 18th. 19113 at 10:00 A.M.
