Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members preset.
Remonstrance °re .lved and placed on file by residents of South Bend A venue, remon-
strating agair-tst>' the pavement .on said street. The same was referred to the engineer
for investigation.
✓Petition for the opening and extcution of Arnold Street across Lot B. in Bazil Rupel's
Addition, signed by Edwin L. Perkins and others. The same was referred to the Engineer
for vestigaticin. '
Bond and contract signed by Hoban & Roach and The American Surety Company was approved
by the Board of Public Works -,' _For Trunk sewer on Eddy Street from Jeffer -on Blvd.
Division Street, under improvement resolution No. 178.1
The City Civil Engineer filed the following: -

Board.

Twenty five (25) feet off of the east and crest sides of that
part of the east one half (1/2) of the west one half (1/2) of the west one half (1/2)
of the south-west one fourth (1/4) Section 14, Tovinship 37 North Range 2 east lying
south of Prairie Avenue in the City of South Bend said tract to be used by said grantee
for street purposes only.

This being the meeting for the re,ee#ding of bids for the construction "of the
Borman Creek Trunk Sewer under Improvement Resolution No. 181. In the -City of South
Bend, Indiana, there being but one bid received the Board after due consideration
returned the same:un opened and ordered tl3e reletting according to law of the Foregoing
Improvement.
Therefore be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend
Daily Times on the 14th. day of March 1913 and on the 21st. day of [arch to the
effect that this Board will receivell bids for said Improvement up to 10:00 A.M.
on the 2nd. day of April 1913.: ' The Board reserves the right to reject anyi and all
bids.
