Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present.
Contract for the grade, curb and walk on Colfax Avenue from Birdsell Street to Walnut
Street, Under -Improvement Resolution No. 203. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. was
awarded to Hoseph Szweda, Contractor
d Contract 7`or Trunk sewer on Eddy Street from Jefferson Blvd. to Division Street, under
Improvement Resolution No. 178. In the City of South Beni, Indiana, was awarded to
Hoban & Roach, Contractors.
,,- The following report received from City Civil Engineer.
To the Board of Public Forks,
of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
Bent lemen: -
I recommend that all bids on the Mishawaka'Avenue Trunk sewer be rejected
on account of the bids exceeding the engineer's estimate.

The awarding of the co .tract for Trunk sewer on Mishawaka Avenue from St. Joseph River
to Sixteenth Street, Under Improvement Resolution No. 177 was before the Board: In
this matter all bids were rescinded and ordered re -let, same to be published . on the 4th.
.day of Larch 1913 and on the llth. day of March 1913 in the South Bend Daily Times,
to the effect that the Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement
up to 10:00 A.M. on the 26th. day of march 1913- The Board reserves the right to re-
ject any and all bids.

Street to 1436 feet. west, under improvement Resolution No. 183. In the City of South
Bend, Indiana, was before the Board.I n this matter all bids were rescinded and. ordered
re -let, same to be publisher on the 4th. day of March 1913 and on the llth. day of
March 1913 in the ith-Fie"d 11aily Times, to the effect that the Board will receive bids
for said imprcw�ement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 26th. day of March 1913. The Board re-
serves tbe,right to reject any and all bids.
