Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.B. All members present.
The awarding of the contract on Trunk sewer on Mishawaka Avenue from St. Joseph River to
S e h S��eet ,Under Improvement resolution No. 177 was deferred until March 4th.1913.

teThe awarding of the contract for Trunk sewer on Eddy Street from: Jefferson Blvd to
Division Street, under improvement resolution No. 178, was deferred until March,4th.1913.

✓ Awarding of contract on Grade, Curb and walk on Colfax Avenue, under Improvement
Resolution No. 203. .deferred until March'4th. 1913 at 10:00 A.M.
d Deferred hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 190 for pavement on Garfield
Court from Washington Avenue to south end of court.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances
were Piled. The Board therefore find in each and every ease in said improvement that
the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated
cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in ail things ratified, confirmed and
approved.
Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily
Times on the 1st. day of March 1913 and on the Sth. day of March 1913 to the effect
that this Board will receive bids for said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 21sts
day of March 1913. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Board met in regular hearing at 7:45 P.M. All members present.
Hearing given on the Trunk Sewer on Michigan Street from LaSalle Avenue to Monroe
Street, Under Improvement Resolution No. 216. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
In the above matter remonstrators appeared and a remonstrance was filed.
The Board after due consideration deferred all action on the same until Friday
March 14th. 1913 at 7:45 P.M.
