Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present.
Bids received and opened on the following Improvements.
Bids for Trunk Sewer on Mishawaka Avenue from St. Joseph River to Sixteenth Street
Under Improvement Resolution No. 177 were received and opened. The same referred to
the City Civil Engineer for tabulation.
Bids for Trunk Sewer on Eddy Street from Jefferson Blvd. to Division Street,Under
Improvement Resolution 175. The same was referred to the City Civil Engineer for
tabulation.
�i Bids for Grade, curb and walk on Colfax Avenue from Birdsell Street to Walnut Street
Under Improvement Resolution No. 203. The same was referred to the City Civil
Engineer for tabulation.
Partial estimate for Grade, Curb and walk on Tecumseh Avenue from Parkovash Avenue _to
An.gella Avenue Under Improvement Resolution No. 166, allowed to H.N. Barnes,Contractor
for theAmwunt of.............................................................. 84.00
Remons nee received and placed on file against Trunk sewer on Michigan Street from
LaSalle Avenue to Monroe Street, Under Improvement Resolution No. 161.
Petition received from the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company to remove 6-35t poles
on Mwing Avenue between Main and Franklin Street from the north side of the Street
to the south side . Also at Indiana Avenue and Kemble Avenue-2 permission for the re-
setting of one 45 ft. pole, also beginning with the third pole west of Prairie Avenue
permission to set 4 35+ poles. The foregoing was approved as petitioned for.
The Board ordered the Clerk to notify the Chioago, South Bend & Northern Indiana
Railway Company to supply a duplicate blue print for thr the erection 46 a gate on
west Washington Street, simliar to the one approved on February the 25th. 1913.
