Board ordered the pur chase of Forty nine sq., yds. of Linoleur, and 10 feet Brass fringe for use in the corridor of the police st anion. Petition for Conde nation proeeedings to widenTurnoCkf. Street to 40 feet from South Bend Avenue to Corby Street Street. The same was referred to the City -Engineer. Engineer filed assessment roll and finial estimate fo"r Pi.pLi sewer on Linden , Carlikle Street and Sadie Street from ,Olive Street to Washington Avenue,under Improve- ment resolution No. 189,in the City of South 'Bend, Indiana. Resolved that -notices an to the amounts- of assessments be published for six consecutive days days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 27th. day of January 1913, stating that this Board will give as hearing on the amount of such assess- ments at its office in the City Hell on they 14th. day of Mareh,1913 at 7:45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contraets be accepted and approved and the final estivate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shell be published on the 27th. day of :January 1913 in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in tee City Hall on the 14th. day of March at 7:,45 P.M.. In the above matter the Board deferred all action until 'February 14th. 1913- at 7:45 P.M. ✓ nearing given on roll, showing awards of a�saae es s damage and g went s of benefits in the matter of Vacation Resolution No. 20th. adopted on the Sth. day of November 1912 for Vacation of an alley in, Divans 2nd. Addition, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter- no ,remonstraatoraa appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board after due- consideration decided the above roll filed January 3rd. 1913 in all things ratified, onfi rmed and approved. °QUIT -CLAIM DEED. THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That MATTHEW M.
