Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present.
✓ Mr. George Ford appeared be fore the'Board and petitioned the some orally to the effect
that the Board delay any &nt 16n-rinc-=the Matter of the opening of South Franklin Street
until after the 22nd. day of January,1913. The cerise agreed to `to.
Mr. Errnons, Mgr. , of the Chicago, South Bend & Northern Indiana Ry. Company, appeased
before the Board in regard to the Xad . son Street, pavement, and agreed to stand the
expense of the pavement at street, and alley intersections affected by the laying of their
Railroad track.
Petition received and read asking for serer: on -Union Street ; from S&mpZ`e °Street to 600ft
South. The same was referred to the City Civil Engineer for investigation.
✓ Communication received From the Studebaker Corporation regarding the painting of the
No. 2. Hose House. The sapae . was ordered complied with, under the conditions that the
work be well done and kept up in future years.
