Company, appeased before the Board in regard to the Xad . son Street, pavement, and agreed to stand the expense of the pavement at street, and alley intersections affected by the laying of their Railroad track. The same was referred to the City Civil Engineer for investigation. ✓ Communication received From the Studebaker Corporation regarding the painting of the No. 2. Hose House. The sapae . was ordered complied with, under the conditions that the work be well done and kept up in future years. President.
