Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. Mr. Lambert absent.
).-'The Street Commissioner was ordered to repair the break in the fence const -.13 ("t ed bri
the east bank of the east race on E. Washington Street across the right of way of
E. Washington, same having been broken down byan automobile, also the clerk was order d
to notify the Indian, & Michig4i-Eleotitc Company to lower the red danger arc light
now placed in the road—wey of E. Washington Street at the bank of the East Race.
/Petition received from the Central Union Telephones- Company requesting permission to
set one pole on North side of alley in lst. alley North of Pennsylvania Avenue and
West of Whiteman Court., The Board approves of the same, and to be used: jointly with
the Home Telephone Company. -

Board met in regular bearing at 7:45 P,M. Mr. Lambert absent.
✓ Bearing given on Condemnation Resolution No. 20 for the purposed' appropri at±ng a
strip of ?and for Highway purposes from Sample Street to Ewing Avenue.
In the above Natter a remonstrance was filed by the Grand Tunk Western
Ry. Company, The Board deferred all action on same until January 24th. 1912 at 7:45P.M

In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances
were filed. The Board being fully advised in the matter the Board takes final action
on said resolution, confirming without modification, all former action taken on the
name.
The Board therefore declares the above property in all things condemned
and appropriated for public use, the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared
of all the owners or holders of property .and of valuatrle► interests therein sought to be
taken or to be injuri-ously affected, which said list or roll shall also describe the
property beneficially affected.

South of Wayne Street fmm Main Street to Visttla Avenue, under Improvemetnt Resolution
No. 202.
In the above matter remonstrators appeared, but no remonstrances were
filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in sai d rolls filed
December 4th. 1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said m lls,
and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed December 4th .1912 and
the final estimate allowed December 4th. 1912 should be and the same is hrreby in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved.
