Board met in regular session at 10' (10 A.M. All members present.
� Petitioners appeared before the Board asking the. City to open for general traffic
the Meade Street crossing of the Lake Shore and Micni gan Southem Ry. Company.
Clerk ordered to notify the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Ry. Company_ to 'comply with
the petitioners request.
Clerk was ordered to notify the City Attorney to make a report on street intersections
on E. Madison -Street, at the meeting of Tuesday December the -24th. 1912.
Engineer filed assessment roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits under
Vacation Resolution No. 15, described an follows: -
ALLEY VACATED.
Beginning at a point on the wrest side of &-north and south alley 33.4 feet north of
the southwest corner of lot $ in Nickel's Sub -Division of a pert of lots 2 and 3 in
Stokes Sub. Division in west fraction of south east 1/4 of Section 12 T. 37 N.R. 2 E.
thence northwesterly along the northerly line of lot 8 a distance of 49.2 feet; to angle.
in said alley; thence north westerly a distanee 15-3/4- feet; to the easterly side of a
10 foot illey; thence south westerly along the easterly side of said alley to the
northerly line of George Avenue; thence northwesterly along.the northerly side of
George Avenue a distance of 10 feet to the westerly side of said alley; thence north
easterly along the westerly side ok said alley a distance of 99.90 feet to the north-
erly side of an alley; thence south easterly along the northerly side side of said
alley 66 feet, thence south westerly to a point in line vzith the place of begs nning; thence
south to the plat e of beginning.

The Board has ordered that notices of such `awards of damages and assessments of bene-
fits be served, by the police department according to law, and that a hearing be given on
same on the 14th. day of Ftbruary 1913 at the office of theBoard in the City Hall for to
the purpose, of hearing or receiving objections of any person or persons interested in
said matter.
