Board met in regular, session at 10:00 A.M.All members present.
The Board ordered the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company to be notified. to move
a pole belonging to their company and set in
n Autlitorium alley at corner of Michigan
Street to opposite side of alley. 1�

Board met in re;ular hearing at 7:45 P.M. All members present.
✓ Hearing given on Assessment roll, and final estimate- for Pipe surer on Liston Street
from Birdsell Street to Adams Street under Improvement Resolution No. 200.
In the above matter. no remonstrators ,appeared. and no remonstrances were
filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed
November 12th. 1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on,said rolls
and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed Nover.:ber 12th. 1912 and the
Final estimate allowed November 12th. 1912 should be and the saute are hereby in all
things ratified, confimed and approved.
Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and walk on North
Shore Drive from L,:f'ayette Street Vo Iroquois Street, under Improvement Resolution No.
163.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were
-filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed November
19th. 1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the
Board further find that the assessment rolls filed November 19th. 1912 and thefinal
estimate allowed November 19th. should be and the same are hereby in all things rati-
fied, confirmed and approved.
f Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Macadam Pavement on Wakewa Avenue
From Michigan Street to Lafayette Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 167.
In th* above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were
filed: The Board therefore find that: the property assessed in said roll filed
November 19th. 1912 is,benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls
and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed November 19th. 1912 and the
Fi al estimate allowed November 19th. 1912 should be and the same are hereby in all
thin s ratified, confirmed and approved.
✓ Hearing given on Vacation Resolution No. 20 for the purpose of vaeating the following
described property to -wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of lot 11 in Dinen's
2nd. addition to said City; thence northeasterly along the line of Cresent Avenue, a
distance of fifteen and seventy five hundreths (15.75) feet to..the northeast corner of.lot
10, in said addition; thence south along the westerly boundary line of lots 10,9,9,7, akd
6, in said addition to the southwest corner of said lot 6, thence in a northwesterly
direction to the southeast corner of said lot 11; thence along the easterly line of said
lot 11, to the place of beginning.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were
filed, the Board therefore sustain all former action taken and declare the above described
property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and
approved.
Resolved further that the City Engineer be instructed to prepare a roll
showing awards of damages and assessments df benefits to all parties and properties inter-
ested in the above matter.
Hearing given on awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter of Con-
deming and appropriating for street purpose a part of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern
Railway Company's night of way in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana.
specificially described as follows, to -twit: Beginning at the east line of Vernon Street,
as now platted and laid out, and the north line of the Lake Shore & Mice: igan Southern Ry.
right of way: thence south in line with the east line of said Vernon Street One Hundred and
six and eight tenths (106.9) feet to the south line of the Lake Shore & Michigan. South
Ry. Company's right of way; thence westerly along the southerly line of said company's
right of way, sixty feet (60) do a point in line with the west line of --,laid Vernon Street;
thence north in line with the west line of said Vernon Street, One Hundred and seven
and forty five hundreths (107.45) feet to the north line of said Company's right of w%t
thence southeasterly along the northerly line of said company's right of way Sixty (60)
feet to the east line of Vernon Street which point is the place of beginning. All as
given in Condemnation Resolution No .19 inthe City of South Bend, Indiana in the year of
1912.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were fled.
The Board after due consideration find that the properties in said roll are benefited and
damaged respectively as shown on said roll and hereby in all things ratified, confirmed
and approved, A11 action taken under Condemnation Resolution 19 and the same is hereby
concluded.
