ZThe Dixon and Locker Franchise has been referred back to the Board of Public Works
from the Committee of the 'Whole of the •CommoncCouncil vdth the following recommendation

Chicago, South Bend & Northern Indians, Railway 19ompany should not be allowed to run
more then two cars in any train, one the motor car and one the freight train. Dixon
& Locker to grant to other individuals or interest the privilege of setting loaded
cars in their yard for the purpose of un—loading shipments. The prices' fb r same
to be mutually agreed upon by the Consignee and Dixon and Locker. If not','Isl7reeable
to aforesaid par.des,all dis—agreements to be referred to the Board of Publi "'Wa�►ks
of the City of South Bend for settlement. The same to be final* The limit of time
granted, not to exceed five (5) years.

South of Wayne Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 202. In the City of South
Band, Indiana.
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for
six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 9th . day of
December51912 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assess—
ments at its office in the City Hall on the 27th. day of December 1912 at 7:45 P.M.
Resolved further, at

and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall
be published on the 9th. day of December 1912 in the South Bead Daily Times, stating
