Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.I. I All members present.
Petition for a sewer on-Sancome Avenue presented to the Board and referred to the City
Engineer for investigation.
,," B and and contract signed by Henry De Vo s and the United State Fidelity & -Guaranty
Company of Baltimore,Md. for pipe sewer on St. Louis Street from South Bend Avenue to
Corby Street under improvement Resolution No. 209 in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
was approved by the Board with the following proviso:— That work must be'completed in
30 working days from date of approval also the contractor must pay the city inspector on
this work after the thirty working days,if the work is not completed.

Studebaker Street from Fassnaeht Avenue to Linden Street, under Improvement
Resolution No. 157
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonst rancees were
filed. The Board therefore find that the prope rty.assessed 4n said to lls filed
October 2.3rd. 1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments' as shown on said rolls
and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed October 23rd 1912 should
.be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and, approved.
Hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for -Pavement on Alley
South of Monroe Street from Mi chi gan Street t o Main St reet ,under Improvement
Improvement Resolution No. 119, _.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were
filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls Piled Oct-
23rd.1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the
Board further find that the assessment rolls filed October 23rd. 1912 mod the final
estimate allowed October 23rd, 1912, should be and,'the same are hereby in all things
ratified, confirmed and approved.

Improvement Resolution No. 194.

filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed. in said rolls filed
October 23rd. 19121, is benefited in the, amount of assessments as shown on said rolls
and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October 23rd.1912 and
the final estimate allowed October 23rd. 1912 should be and the same are hereby in
all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

walk on Howard Street from South Bend Avenue to E.-line of Morrey's Sub Division
under Improvement Resolution No. 154.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were
filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed
October 23rd.1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls
and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October 23rd 1912 and
and the final estimate allowed October 23rd.1912 should be and the same are hereby

under Improvement Resolution No. 191
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared, but a remonstrance was
Piled. The Board after due considerations:- deferred all action on same until
Wednesday NovombeT27th. 1912 at 10:00 A.M.
Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe Sewer on
Marion Street from Lafayette Street to 60 ft. =west of Main Street, under Improvement
Resolution No. 159.
In the -above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remorst rances
were filed. The Board therefore find. that the property assessed in said rolls filed
October 23rd. 1912 is benefited in -the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and
the Board further find that the assessment m 11 filed October 23rd. 1912 and the final
estimate thereon. allowed October 23rd. 1912 should be and the same are hereby in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved.
