Board met in regular session at 10: 00 A.M. All members present.
✓ Bids were opened. on St. Louis Street Pipe Sewer from South Bend Avenue to Corby
Street, under Improvement Resolution No, 209. The same was referred to tree City
Engineer for tabulation to be reported beck Friday November 15th. 1912.
✓The Board approved of the foll,woing agreement with the Chicago, South Bend &
Northern Indiana Railway Company. 8 f the City of South Bend. . Indiana.

Wilbur Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 206. The contract was awarded to
T.C. Barnes.
✓Petition received for a pipe sewer on st. Peter Street from Washington Street to
Colfax Auenue5 The same was referred`to`the City Engineer for investigation.
✓Petition received for a pipe sewer on South Francis Street from Division Street to
Wayne Street. The same was referred to the City Engineer for investigation.
r/ Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe sewer on Li sto n Street
from Birdsell Street to Adams -Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 200.
RESOLVED, that notices as to the amounts of assessments bepublished
for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the lfth. day
of November 19122 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such
assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 13th. day of December21912 at 7:45PM
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the entire work under the above w nt ract s
be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this
resolution shall be published on the l8th. day of November 1912, in the South Bend
Daily Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of .stash
work at its office in the City Hall on the 13th. day of December 1912 at 7:45 P.M.
