Hearing given on assessment roll and final eetimate for Pipe Sever on Garfield Court -fran Washington Street to N. line of lot 6 in Bartlett's Sub. Div. under Improvement Resolution No. .189. In the above matter a remonstrator appeared but no remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the rolls filed September 20th. 1912 be modified�to .read as follows:— That all assessments south of the alley south of Washington Avenue be made equal and the same on the amount assessed, and the same is benefited in the amounts of assess— ments -as shown on said rolls , and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed September 20th. 1912 and the final estimate allowed September 20t1h., 1912 should be and the game are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Complaint received as follows:. Poles are set in the Alley West of'Arnold Street just straight across the alley from C.U.Tel. Company's poles already set in this alley These poles belong to Indiana & Michigan Electric Company. They should be jointly with Central Union. Telephone Company. If not t11ey should be Forty(40 )feet from Central Union. Telephone Company's. The Board approved of the same. Indiana & Michigan Electric Company set these -poles without a requistion from the B.oard.. Complaint received of a Central Union Telephone Company's pole in rear of 1352 W. Fisher Street. The pole interferes= with a gate, also the Quir Wire is in, the way of a coal door. This is a Central Union Pole and sould be removed to thewest about 12ft . to the dividing line between two lots. The same was. approved by the Board. The Board ordered the following lights placed. i—Lindner Street between LaPorte Avenue and. Michigan Avenue. Howard Street at the corner of St. Loui - St reet . Corby Street at cor. of Alexis Street. Indiana. Avenue cor. Clyde Street. Diamond Avenue between LaPorte Avenue and Mi chi gan Avenue. Carroll Street cor. Haney Street. President.
