Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Grading on.alley East of High
Street from Dayton Street to Milton'Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 140.
Resolvedi that notices as to the amounts of assessments bepublishod
for six consecutive days in the South Bend- Daily Times, commencing on the 14th day
of October 1912, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of -sueh
assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 1st. day .of November 1912 UL
10: 00 A.M.
Resolved further., that the entire work under the above acktraots be
accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this.
Resolution shall be published on the 14th. day of October 1912 in the South BEad
Daily, Times, stating that this Board will give a Heiring on the &*eeptF':-,ee, of such
work at its office in the City Hall on the 1st. day of November 1912 at Iff:00 A.M.
