Hearing given on .T.mp6revement .resolution No. 199 for Grading and`-�sidew6lk''on Hydraulic
Ave., from LaSalle Avenue -to the east end of Hydraul -c Ave. at the bridge over race.
In t e above matter no remonstrators appeared and no raumonstrances were
filed. The Board therefore sfi.nd in each and every case in said improvement that the
benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost
of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and apprwved.
Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend .Daily Times on the
10tih. day of September 1912 and on the 1'7th. day of September 1912 to the effect trat this
Board will receive hide for said improvem ent up to 10:00 A.M. on the 1st. day of
October,1912. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Bids were opened and read and 'referred;:to the City Engineer for tabulation on the follow—
ing improvements.

line of Mayr's Addition, under Improvement Resolution No. 193.

Bond and contract signed by B. T. Vander Karr and approved by the Beard for concrete
floor in Central Fire Station at the corner of St. Joseph and Wayne Street in the City of
South Bend,' Indiana.
