Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. Mr. Lambert absent.
City attorney submitted a report of the estimate of the easements, acquired on the
Bowman Creek Condition. The same referred to the City Engineer with instruction to
prepare an assessment roll. ^
Partial estimate allowed on the following streets.
✓Pipe Seger on Miner Street from Notre Dame Street to Eddy: Street, under Improvement

Railroad switch, from St. Louis Street west to the River,alzo the removal of the un-used

Clerk ordered to write County Commissioners regarding -,the condition of bridge across
Boiuirn Creek at Donald Street and Carroll Street.
The Board of Public Works ordered that the following walks be consitructed under
Improvement. Resolution No. 151 for the construction of Cement Walks and curbs on Various
Streets. Joseph B. Arnold,to construct a cement walk on property known as part of lot

The Board has ordered legal notices Rent to the followings property holders to remove
all earth and debris which has accumulated upon their side -walk in the City of South
Bend, contrary to and in violation of(%dinance No. 1565 of the Ordinaince.s of the City of
